Breakfast was okay, we had breakfast served at the balcony facing the caldera. Very nice to have breakfast outside with beautiful view.
We have 2 pools, one indoor and the other just outside on the balcony slightly larger in size. The private pool are heated.
The location is just perfect. Not far from the tourist crowd area. There are nearby restaurants with nice food and excellent location for fantastic view to the sea.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything!!! There was nothing to not like !! As soon as we got there, we knew we were in good hands . My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. Lola (who seems to be the manager), Mr. Alfrim (young male worker) and the housekeeper (whose name I didn’t get) were the absolute sweetest people !!! They were beyond accommodating, helpful, sweet, and a pleasure to be around. They made the stay even better. They treated us like royalty to the point where we felt bad ! Haha but it was truly amazing and breakfast was delicious. The view was breathtaking. And it is literally prime location / walking distance to the main strip as well as a supermarket if needed. And very close to airport as well

The location was excellent and so were the views. If you’re going to Santorini, want views of the caldera and a private pool, this is a great option. It ticked all the boxes we were interested in.
The staff was amazing! The manager (Lola) was super friendly and helpful with every question or request we had. Afrim met us at the taxi point and took care of us during our entire stay. Had lots of recommendations which we used and was just a great guy to hang out and talk with. I am not sure the cleaning lady’s name, but she was amazing and did a great job tidying up the apartment and bringing us our morning breakfast. Everyone was wonderful.
We stayed in the Cave Suite which had an indoor private pool/spa. We didn’t spend as much time in there as we should have, but it was great. From the room we observed the daily influx of ocean liners coming and going each day. Be advised that the majority of tourists that make the place so crowded are the ship passengers; especially during the day. If you don’t like crowds, Santorini may not be the place for you. Also, if you don’t like stairs (lots of them) this may be an issue as well.
We took a Catamaran sunset tour and it was very nice but the waters were choppy. If you’re not into the ocean movements pass on this. I mention because the hotel staff can arrange any of the Santorini trips you may want to do. I would also recommend using the staff to schedule your pick up and drop off at the airport vs. using Booking.com or catching a taxi. It is very difficult to find these cliff resorts without having some assistance from the hotels.
A wonderful experience overall and we appreciated the Fira Deep Blue Suites staff and facility.

We can't recommend Fira Deep Blue Suites highly enough! We constantly felt taken care of by the hosts and everyone who worked there. From helping to arrange transport from the port to the suite, and making delicious breakfast each morning at your desired time, offering great recommendations, the whole experience was wonderful. The view of the caldera from our balcony was incredible, words can't really describe it. The suite itself is great, your bed faces the ridiculous view, we never wanted to leave the room! It's cleaned every day, and just up a few steep flights of stairs you are a close walk to the center of Fira and the bus station. The only problem is that this place kind of ruins every other place for us. We've already recommended it to all of our friends and can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Amazing cliff-side room overlooking the caldera! The view was just unbeatable!!! Such beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Despite being in the heart of Fira, it was SO quiet in the room and out on the balcony. We were only 5 minutes walk from everything in Fira which was super convenient. The room was BEAUTIFUL!! We loved having the inside and outside pool! Breakfast selection was huge and was delivered to our balcony every morning!! The hosts were SO lovely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We really LOVED our stay!!

Perfect location with stunning private views. We stayed in the Exclusive Suite and what a great option that was. Breakfast served every morning on the balcony with the most amazing views. Sun lounges and a private spa which made you feel like you were on your own with no one around. Lola and her team were so accommodating and helped with all our requests. They also provided us with a gift on our departure which was very kinda and sweet. We will definately be back!

Amazing view, breakfast has wide range of options. Afrim and all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. One of the nicest places I have stayed. Bed is comfortable and the pool is great. Thank you for an amazing stay

Lola was so helpful in rebooking my room when my tour dates changed. She also helped us book transportation to our excursion. Afrim was friendly and brought all our luggage street side through the winding paths along the cliff and down many steps to our room. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. The view of the caldera was probably the best in all of Fira. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable experience!

Breath-taking view, clean and fully equipped. the pool was really clean, there were no insects in the outside patio and bed unlike some very expensive properties in Oia

This was the best stay from our holidays. We had booked the villa/ exclusive suite. The entire rooftop overlooking the enormous sea is a different experience altogether. The property is well maintained, very near to the centre, and one can experience the beautiful blue sea from the room. And the jaccuzi is a huge plus and very private. I would especially like to mention the employees, who gave us a lot of good suggestions and were very proactive. Also, another interesting thing, they make fresh breakfast every day catered to your preference. That was a nice touch! Overall, this was a brilliant stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel if I came back to Santorini..

Lola and afrim have been really nice and sweet.Afrim gladly helped with our heavy luggage all the way to the suite which we really appreciate . They also help in my proposal for my girlfriend !
Santorini was lovely but the suite and the hospitality here really enhances our Santorini experience. We will definitely come back here again!

The hotel staff was super helpful prior to and during my stay - confirming my arrival time, recommending transportation options, meeting me to carry bags and help me find the property. The location is perfect for great caldera views and exploring Fira and the entire island. Close to restaurants, shops, grocery store, transportation hubs, etc. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and would stay there myself when I return to the island!

One day before arrival Miss Lola messaged me to arrange airport pick up (for extra) but this was so helpful, the driver met me at the airport with a sign. They took our bags and drove us to the accomodation where we were met by a great host who explained the room, the sites and towns to see as well as recommended good food options.
The room was amazing, clean and tidy - robes and slippers Available. Breakfast was served on time outside on the balcony and you choose this the day before. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels. I cannot fault this place, miss Lola and her team do an amazing job to cater to your every need and it’s truly a slice of heaven here. I will definitely be back again.

An unbelievable stay in Deep Blue Suites. We were lucky to book this property last minute. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite for 3 nights. Right from the check in everything was amazing. Lola the host contacted us before our stay and setup the right expectations.
It is just 10 minutes from the JTR airport. We were greeted by Afrim who carried our luggage to the property and helped us check in and showed us the room. There were 2 private hot tubs, one outside and one indoors. There were excellent amenities in the room and bathroom. The sunset is spectacular in these suites. Breakfast was outstanding too with awesome views of the caldera.
Location was great as well as the Fira square with shops and restaurants are a 5 min walk away. Same with the bus station.
When we come back to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again.

gorgeous view in the heart of fira. we had a hot tub inside and outside, super spacious room and balcony. after walking all through fira firostefani Imerovigli and oia, we really treasured our private space so close to everything. Lola and Afrim were incredible hosts- they went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. delicious breakfast that we got to select each day. and Afrim was so helpful in determining where to eat and how to get around. cannot recommend this enough- stay here!

This was the most incredible accomodation! The views for sunset are just amazing! The most comfortable, beautiful balcony which we were served breakfast upon! Our own jacuzzi... super comfortable bed, the most delightful bathroom... The hosts were amazing!

Perfect location in Fira with amazing views of the Caldera. Exceptional facilities and service from Lola, Afrim and the team - they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. She also suggested many good ideas for activities and also helped book them for us which was very helpful. We were delivered our choice of delicious breakfast every morning and were taken care of exceptionally well. We would definitely book here again in the future.

The most spectacular view of the Caldera from the balcony of the room. The bed faced a glass wall that slides open to expose the most amazing views. The balcony Jacuzzi was relaxing and looked out on the caldera as well. The staff was absolutely amazing. The location was very private (private entrance that prevented the public from overlooking the balcony or villa's). I asked for some assistance in booking a car and a scuba excursion and Miss Lola was a tremendous help.

Everything was good, from lovely Lola arranging for the check-in, to the wonderful view, to the indoor swimming pool. It was our last day in Santorini and we felt so good, staying here took away a bit of the blue mood as the holidays were coming to an end.
I will be back.
